Michael Wagner is the son of the Founders, Judy and Joe G. Santiago Sr. He was an Operations Director and a Member of the Management Committee for a large manufacturing company in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been in Manufacturing and Construction Operations for over 18 years.

Although Michael is now temporarily retired due to a disability it is his goal to grow and continue the foundation so future generations will benefit from this act of love started by his parents Joe and Judy. Michael also created the identity and marketing materials for the foundation.
