Juan Ledesma

Juan is currently employed at the Santa Clara Valley Water Utility responsible for strategic initiatives within the Office of Emergency Services. Prior, he was in strategic planning where he was responsible for the organizational development and implementation of ISO 9001. His role for the Organization for Latino Affairs (O.L.A.) is as team lead for the annual Alviso Santa fundraising. Before coming to the utility, he was responsible for financial reporting for $50 Million clients (Hitachi Data Systems & Blueshield) for a Bay Area IT firm. As a hobby, Juan provides consultancy to organizations in need of strategic and organizational planning and deployment. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Juan has been married for 13 years and has a beautiful six year old daughter. He was born and raised in East San Jose and currently resides in south San Jose.
